Eligibility for Refunds:

• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been confirmed for delivery or pick-up. To cancel, please call us at 647-540-7095.
• Issues with Order: If you encounter any problems with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, please email a picture and description of the issue to peter@caneculture.ca or call 647-540-7095. We will review the situation and determine if a refund is appropriate.

How to Request a Refund:

• Before Confirmation: If you cancel your order before receiving a confirmation email that it is ready for delivery or pick-up, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at 647-540-7095 to cancel.
• After Delivery: If there is an issue with your order, email us at peter@caneculture.ca with a photo and description of the problem, or call 647-540-7095. We will assess the issue and process the refund if applicable.

Mississauga: Delivery from 12 PM - 10 PM  - FREE DELIVERY

 

Brampton, Oakville & Milton: Delivery from 12 PM - 10 PM. -  $2.00.

 

Toronto, Vaughan, Markham Richmond Hill: Delivery from 7pm- 10pm - $2.00.

 

Scheduling Options

• Same-day delivery: Available if scheduled at least 1 hour in advance.

• Future delivery: Schedule for another day that works for you.

Free Delivery :Orders over $25 

Please refrigerate your juice immediately upon arrival. It can be stored for up to 2-3 days in the fridge, and up to 2 months in the freezer (without the cap on).
